Paws Elite Bernedoodles guarantees up to 24 months after the date of sale against life altering genetic defects diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian. This health guarantee will be extended to 30 months if the buyer continues to use 4 Strong Paws dog food, and Nu-Vet Vitamins in this time period. 
 
In the case of a life altering defect appearing within this time period, we will either replace the puppy with another of equal value or we will reimburse you the amount of and no greater than the purchase price of the puppy. We will also require a clearly written and signed letter of diagnosis from your licensed veterinarian along with his/her contact information before any reimbursement occurs. We, the sellers, reserve the right to a second opinion at no cost to the buyer. In the event of a puppy replacement, we will assume no shipping costs. We, the sellers, take no responsibility for any veterinarian costs whatsoever after the puppy or dog leaves our home.  
 
Puppies are sold with no breeding rights unless agreed upon in advance. The puppy must be spayed/neutered by the end of the 11th month of age and proof of this must be sent to the breeder by 1 year of age. If the breeder does not receive proof of the spay/neuter by 12 months of age, then this entire health guarantee will be void.  
 
Buyer agrees to take full responsibility for his/her dog. Should the buyer no longer be able to provide adequate care for the dog it must be returned to Paws Elite Bernedoodles to be re-homed. The buyer agrees that the dog will never be taken to an animal shelter.  
 
If the puppy is returned to the breeder within two weeks of purchase, 50% of the purchase price will be returned to the buyer. If the puppy is returned after 2 weeks of purchase no reimbursement shall be given.  
 
This health guarantee is void if the puppy is transferred to a new owner before the age of 2 years.
